ChronoGate ("the Service") is operated by ChronoGate ("we"). Using the Service means you accept these terms.
The Service returns timezone conversions, relative time resolutions, and business-day / public-holiday signals. Results are automated and best-effort. Holiday data may come from third-party public APIs and can be incomplete or temporarily unavailable. Results are informational only and are not legal, payroll, or compliance advice.
Do not use the Service to attack, overload, or abuse third-party systems, to evade security controls, or for unlawful purposes. We may rate-limit or block any client.
The free tier is limited. Paid packs, when offered, will be prepaid and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
We process request parameters and the requesting IP address to deliver the Service and enforce limits. We do not sell this data. Logs are kept for a short time for abuse prevention.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the extent the law permits, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
We may change these terms or the Service at any time. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the changes.
